For whatever reason, our CometChat started dinging on every single page of our Website. Sound notifications are on for my chat, but until a few days ago, it only chimed when someone was wanting to chat with me.
It’s annoying, and we’re going to cancel this if someone can’t do something to fix it. Our account is a Pro account.

It seems that you are using CometChat Go. This forum handles queries or issues related to CometChat Pro. For CometChat Go, the queries are handled by our ticketing system.
