Audio/video call not work in different countries

Hello Guys,
I facing issue with call audio/video , with different location/country , not work but when I use my app in same country it work good , please help, thanks.

Can you please let us know the version of the CometChat SDK you are using in your app so that we can check this at our end?

I used CometChat android sample , with sdk version 2.0.0-beta8.

also I tried with us and eu region.

That is strange. Can you please migrate to the latest version of the SDK which is 2.0.1 and then try again if you are facing the same issue.
