Call Initiator has duplicate session in Group Call

When a group call is started with 3 members or possibly more, the Call Initiator is shown multiple times in the JitsiMeet view.
Also when the Call Initiator ends the call from his side, sometimes the session does not seem to end or stop as there is still some sound that can be heard in the app.

It seems that whenever a user joins, it duplicates the call initiator.

Note: It also occurs in the sample app.

We are looking into this issue will update you soon on this. We are investigating the root cause of it.
