Hi folks, I want to be able to transcript the conversation in a voice call, I pretend to use rev.ai for the transcription but I need the audio file so I’ve been several days trying to get the audio conversation from voice call in cometchat but I haven’t been successful. please can anyone give me an idea how to solve this problem? or maybe any recommendation of another service than cometchat?

We do have an option for recording video calls. However we record it in a video format not just audio. Here is the link to the documentation of call recording.
