As the error mentions that the user is not logged in. Please make sure you are calling the login() method of the Chat Widget before calling the launch() method of the Chat Widget.

i have read the documentaion but i failed to understand where to add that listener

Please make sure you have enabled Show Call Recording
in the Chat Widget Settings from the CometChat Dashboard. Once you enable this, you will be able to see a button that will allow the user to start the recording. Once the recording is stopped or the call is ended, you will find the recording URL in the CometChat Dashboard under the Calls section.
Please refer to the screenshot below for enabling Call Recording for Chat Widget & finding the Call Recording in the Dashboard.

Hello @roshankr,
Please make sure that the call was being recorded for more than 1 minute. Calls recorded for less than 1 minute will not be displayed in the Dashboard. Also, sometimes it might take a couple of minutes once the recording was stopped to be displayed on the Dashboard.
