CometChat Pro Email Notification - Group

Hi,

After setting up the email notification extension and testing that it works fine for direct messages I haven’t been able to make it work with group chats.

Is that something that is currently supported? If not is there any suggested workaround to make this functionality work?

Currently we do not have this feature. Also I couldn’t come up with any workaround for this.
However I have added this in our feature request, you can track the progress on the below link:

As of now, we won’t be able to provide an ETA for Email Notification in groups feature.
However, we would recommend you to keep an eye on the progress of the link mentioned above.
