Custom extensions?

hi, i see there used to be an ability to create custom extensions as explained this link from 1.6

was this feature dropped? or moved somewhere else?

Hi @nirbz,

You can implement Custom extensions as Webhooks.
Webhooks allows you to trigger a Custom action by calling the webhook URL either before a message is sent or after the message is sent.

Similarly, we also have Bots.
