How to Download recording?

Hi Team, I had to download call recording can you tell me how it is possible ?

Hello @manish
The call recording can be downloaded from the dashboard. you need to navigate to the call section in the dashboard there you will see the list of calls and if there were any call recordings then you can download them from there.
