Hi team,
On our web, android and iphone app, older chats are not appearing even if we try to scroll up. People are therefore missing important messages that were needed, but can no longer see. Is there any solution so theres no limit on time or messages, so users are free to scroll all the way to the top, even if it was over a year ago?
Is there any solution to this please???
