Push notifications are not coming in IONIC

I am using token based push notification. I have followed all the instructions given in documents.

VERSION
“@cometchat-pro/cordova-ionic-chat”: “^2.1.1”

Note: It is working if I directly send the notification from firebase website

We are having the exact same issue. Notifications are coming through if from the firebase console but not otherwise. Also using token based push notifications.
