The thumbnails generation extension has an error with JPEG image

Hi support,

I can’t get the thumbnail images for the JPEG image that I took from my iPhone. Can you please help me to resolve that problem?

We have made a few changes to our thumbnail generation extension. Can you please check if it is working as expected.

Thanks for your support, but I still get the error “Invalid filetype, we only support jpg,png,gif,mov,mpg,mpeg,mp4,wmv,avi”.

We regret the inconvenience caused to you. It seems that the changes we made to our thumbnail-generation extension took some time to reflect on all of our server clusters. We are sure that now this should work as expected. Please can you check once again and let us know if everything is working as expected.
