Unable to delete active plan application

Hi team,

I want to delete one of my active application in cometchat pro, I am unable to do so, From tomorrow my plan get renewed , I don’t want to renew my plan for that particular application.

Hi Shaheen,

We do not allow deleting the application, while in active plan.
However, You could unsubscribe from your CometChat plan from the App you would like to delete.
Post unsubscribing you can delete the app from your dashboard.
