User status when on call

I just want to ask, is there any way to show a user status if a user is on an ongoing call?

Unfortunately, this feature is not available at the moment. I have created a feature request for the same and added your email to the list of subscribers. You will get an update via email if/when the product team decides to take this up in development. You can view the feature request here.
