What if group owner added to group after he left

If group owner left the group then after added by someone in group. now the scope becomes as ‘participant’ but we are unable to promote him as admin

Hello @mubashshir,

Whenever an owner joins a group or is being added to the group after leaving the group, he still remains the owner of the group. And for owner, the scope does not matter. His clearance remains the same as they were before. However, for the sake of simplicity we’ll make change in the API to return scope of the owner as admin when he joins a group or is being added to the group(with any scope).
